Sustainability Projects

Sustainability Projects are individual or group projects created by students as part of the Environmental Science class. Students can leave their legacy at Sierra Friends Center as they create something that increases the environmental sustainability of our institution. Projects have included the creation of a bio-diesel production works, beehives, and a conversion from petroleum heat to wood heat in our dining hall.
