Meals at Sierra Friends Center

There are two ways for groups to arrange for meals while visiting Sierra Friends Center.

Option One: Cook your own meals in the home-style kitchen in the Arbor House

This kitchen can accommodate groups of up to 20 people. If you'll be dining very simply, it may be possible to provide meals for larger groups, although a visit to the kitchen is strongly recommended before deciding to attempt this. Arbor House is equipped with the following home-style appliances:

    • two refrigerators
    • dishwasher
    • gas range and oven
    • microwave oven
    • large pots, pans and bowls
    • two 10 cup coffee makers
    • place settings for 15 people
Option Two: Hire a caterer from our list of local options, or bring someone along with you to prepare your meals in one of the following ways:
    • In the Arbor House kitchen
    • In the dining hall at times when it is not in use by the Woolman Semester. Please note that this option requires separate fees for use of the dining hall.
    • Off-site and deliver them to the group
