Upon arrival, please check in at the office to finalize payments and paperwork, receive orientation, and announcements.

Menus are planned with variety in mind and will incorporate fresh produce and ingredients. We’ll all pitch in on prep & clean up!  Please let us know about food allergies or dietary restrictions ASAP. We will do our best to accommodate. If you are on a highly restrictive diet, please come prepared.

Snacks & Personal food note: No food should be stored in the cabins as it attracts critters and limited space is available in the kitchen for personal items. If you are bringing extra food or snacks and are concerned about the amount of space available please check in by email with Woolman.

Housing will be on site. Cabin assignments are “first-come-first-served”. If you have a different preference to your assignment, let us know. If you are camping or “RVing” please observe “leave-no-trace” practices.
